Appointments
Appointments can be
scheduled by phone or via online request and recommended at least 24-48 hours in
advance to ensure ideal appointment times. Request for an appointment via
TEXTING is welcomed for current clients only.
Same day appointments or walk-ins are welcomed based on availability and
made by phone only.
Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is
required to cancel any appointment, otherwise, 50% of total price of booked
services will be charged. Any, prepaid online discount coupons, or group coupon
specials will be void for No Shows on appointment day.
Payment
Cash, Visa, MasterCard and
Personal checks (with proper form of identification) are all accepted. Returned
Checks will be charged $25.00 in addition to any fees incurred by your financial
institution.
Returns
Unopened merchandise may
be returned for a merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. All other used
products can be returned within 30 days. Gift certificates, series and packages
are non refundable.

Late Arrival
Please be aware that there
may be another appointment scheduled after your treatment therefore a late
arrival may subtract time away from your service. There will be no price
adjustments due to altering any treatment based on tardiness.
If you are running late please notify us immediately so we can discuss alternative scheduling options otherwise your appointment may be cancelled.
