Appointments
Appointments are scheduled by phone or via online request form and are recommended to be booked in advance to ensure future accomodations. Same day appointments or walk-ins are welcomed based on availability. Just try calling that same day.
Cancellations
A 24-hour notice is required to cancel any appointment.
Payment
Cash, Visa, MasterCard and Personal checks (with proper form of identification) are all accepted. Returned Checks will be charged $25.00.
Returns
Unopened merchandise may be returned for a merchandise credit within 14 days of purchase. All other used products can be returned within 30 days. Gift certificates, series and packages are non refundable.

Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Late Arrival
Please be aware that there may be another appointment scheduled after your treatment therefore a late arrival may subtract time away from your service. There will be no price adjustments due to altering any treatment based on tardiness.
If 15 minutes late, without prior notification, your appointment may be cancelled.
